Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control personnel and activities in the section to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage section inventory and cash register to minimize losses and maximize sales.
  • Maximize team and sales performance by providing coaching and training.
  • Handle customer requests and special situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure Première Moisson standards are applied in all aspects of store operations.
  • Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store to ensure seamless operations.
  • Open and/or close the store as required.
Requirements:
  • One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees and provide coaching and training.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Fluency in spoken English is an asset.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
