Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor at Première Moisson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised according to Première Moisson standards.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the dining room, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience working in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a love of teamwork.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is required, with fluency in spoken English being an asset.
