About Première Moisson: Première Moisson is a renowned company specializing in the production and sale of bakery, pastry, and deli items crafted with wholesome ingredients through an artisanal method. With a workforce exceeding 1,200 individuals, we operate over 20 bakeries across Quebec and Ontario.
Position Overview: We are currently in search of a Customer Service Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance
- Supervise and manage personnel and activities within the designated section
- Oversee inventory management and cash register operations
- Enhance team performance and drive sales
- Address special customer requests and situations
- Ensure adherence to Première Moisson standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products
- Organize work within one or more store sections
- Handle store opening and closing procedures
- Guarantee compliance with product display, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by section staff
- Oversee team operations and perform customer service duties, including cash register management
- Provide training for new employees as necessary
- Act as assistant manager when required
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar or customer service-related role
- Relevant knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices
- Proven ability to lead a team of employees
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory
- Proficiency in spoken English is an asset
- Independent, dynamic, customer-focused, and team-oriented
