Position Overview: We are currently in search of a Customer Service Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance
  • Supervise and manage personnel and activities within the designated section
  • Oversee inventory management and cash register operations
  • Enhance team performance and drive sales
  • Address special customer requests and situations
  • Ensure adherence to Première Moisson standards
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products
  • Organize work within one or more store sections
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures
  • Guarantee compliance with product display, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by section staff
  • Oversee team operations and perform customer service duties, including cash register management
  • Provide training for new employees as necessary
  • Act as assistant manager when required

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar or customer service-related role
  • Relevant knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices
  • Proven ability to lead a team of employees
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory
  • Proficiency in spoken English is an asset
  • Independent, dynamic, customer-focused, and team-oriented
