Store Manager

Première Moisson is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all store activities, optimizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Ensure that staff provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store image.
- Optimize store profitability through effective cost management and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Première Moisson's product marketing, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail food industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Fluency in French is mandatory, with English being an asset.
