We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand partnerships efforts. If you have a passion for luxury retail and a knack for building strong relationships, this role may be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel partner strategies to increase profitability and drive revenue growth.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth through innovative partnerships and collaborations.
  • Program Management: Oversee the implementation of programs and initiatives with internal and external teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to drive new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of post-university work experience in a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills to drive business results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Service-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to manage and analyze data.
