About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our Hematology team at Lilly Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive hematology vision and strategy for Lilly Canada, driving business growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and support commercial shifts necessary to deliver on the hematology strategy.
  • Gain deep customer insights across patients, payers, and healthcare professionals to inform our brand strategy in this market.
  • Lead the customer planning process, support business planning, and lead operational planning for pre-NOC and post-NOC activities.
  • Partner with global and IBU teams to ensure alignment on strategy and efficient use of common resources.
  • Drive and lead the launch preparation partnership process in collaboration with cross-functional local and global teams.
  • Manage the overall commercial brand budget for pre and post-launch.
  • Drive innovative thinking across the cross-functional team for a bold and comprehensive pre and post-launch OCE plans.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • 7+ years of marketing-related experience required
  • Experience with brand management: launching new products and NILEX management an asset
  • Extensive omnichannel marketing experience
  • Teamwork and leadership – proven ability to partner with and engage others towards a common goal
  • Experimentation and risk-taking – proven track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience
  • Learning agility and high comfort with change in a high-stakes environment
  • Project management – ability to manage detailed, complex projects
  • Business acumen skills – budget management, strategic trade-offs, development, and monitoring of lead measures
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Additional Skills/Preferences
  • TA experience: previous experience in oncology/hematology and the competitive environment an important asset
  • Bilingualism an asset
