About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management Software (DMS) support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual training and on-site support to customers on our DMS software
  • Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software and its features
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
