The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Your expertise in accounting and French language skills will enable you to effectively communicate with our Quebec-based clients and provide tailored training solutions to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our software and training programs.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a dealership environment or with PBS Systems is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
