The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual accounting software trainer to join our team. As a DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting, you will play a critical role in providing support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of the PBS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on the use of our software.
  • Provide excellent support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites in Canada, the US, and the Caribbean to provide on-site training and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry and our software.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills.
  • Effective time management & organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
