The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our DMS software. Your expertise will enable our customers to maximize the benefits of our platform, driving business growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our DMS software and its applications in the automotive industry.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize our software.
  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our training programs and services.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills.
  • Effective time management & organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
