The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual accounting software trainer to join our team. As a DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in implementing and utilizing our software. Your expertise in accounting and French and English language skills will enable you to provide exceptional training and support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our dealership management software
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on our software
  • Provide exceptional support to customers in implementing and utilizing our software
  • Travel to customer sites in Canada, the US, or the Caribbean to provide on-site training and support
  • Work closely with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Stay up-to-date with new software releases and features, and provide training and support to customers on these updates
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our software
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US up to 2 weeks per month
