The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Your expertise in accounting and software training will enable you to effectively communicate with our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum efficiency and productivity from our software.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our Dealer Management Software (DMS)
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers, focusing on accounting and software functionality
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless software implementation and training
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, sharing knowledge with the DTO team
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in the automotive industry
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a dealership environment or with PBS Systems is an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
