Bilingual Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, growing revenues, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with all departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Sales Meetings and Events: Attend sales meetings, industry functions, trade shows, and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Reporting and Administration: Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely fashion, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- CRM Management: Utilize our contact management system to manage time, plan and schedule calls, and update calls and activities.
- Sales Planning: Develop a defined sales plan that balances the requirements of existing customers and prospect/target accounts.
- Customer Support: Provide support to new and existing customers throughout the sales process, implementation, and in dealing with any service concerns that may arise.
- Education: University/College Graduate
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years related sales experience, with a valid driver's license and good condition/reliable vehicle.
- Skills: Must be computer literate, with good communication skills, proficiency in listening, selling, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Language: Must be Bilingual French and English.
- Flexibility: Must be flexible and able to deal effectively with changing circumstances, customer demands, last-minute requests, and deadlines.
- Organization: Must be organized and able to manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented.
