Position Overview

As a key member of our Customer Service and Online Sales team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Addressing a variety of customer concerns, including warranty claims and online order inquiries;
  • Achieving and surpassing call center performance metrics related to customer service, sales, and call duration;
  • Assisting the online sales team during high-demand periods;
  • Guiding customers through their shopping journey;
  • Providing tailored sleep solutions by understanding customer preferences and promoting relevant products such as mattresses and accessories.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role within a call center environment;
  • Post-secondary education is an asset;
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken;
  • Strong multitasking abilities;
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing a high volume of inquiries;
  • Effective problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom;
  • Ability to resolve issues within company policies and guidelines;
  • Professionalism and tact in interactions with both internal and external customers;
  • Ability to work remotely.
