Position Overview

As a key member of our Customer Service and Online Sales team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Addressing a variety of customer questions, including warranty claims and online order issues;
  • Achieving and surpassing established call center metrics related to customer service, sales, and call duration;
  • Assisting the online sales team during high-demand periods;
  • Guiding customers through their shopping journey;
  • Delivering a comprehensive sleep solution by understanding customer preferences and effectively closing online sales.
Qualifications

We value the following qualifications and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment;
  • Post-secondary education is an advantage;
  • Proficient communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken;
  • Strong multitasking abilities;
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage a high volume of inquiries;
  • Effective problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom;
