Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth from existing accounts.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with all departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Sales and Marketing: Attend sales meetings, industry functions, trade shows, and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Reporting and Administration: Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely fashion, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Time Management and Organization: Utilize a laptop and contact management system to manage time, plan, and schedule calls, and update calls and activities in CRM.
Requirements
  • Education: University/College Graduate
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years related sales experience, with a valid driver's license and good condition/reliable vehicle.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, good communication skills, proficiency in listening, selling, problem-solving, and negotiation, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Language: Bilingual French and English.
