Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Account Manager to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, growing revenues, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Solicit new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Attend sales meetings, industry functions, and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of reports and activities in our CRM system
  • Develop and implement sales plans to balance existing customer needs and prospect/target accounts
  • Provide exceptional support to new and existing customers throughout the sales process, implementation, and beyond
Requirements
  • University/College Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years related sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and bilingual in French and English
