Key Responsibilities
  • Document and prepare summaries of meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Establish and implement office workflows and procedures
  • Organize and confirm appointments
  • Handle phone calls and relay messages
  • Manage digital inquiries
  • Gather and compile data and statistics
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory
  • Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
  • Set up and maintain document filing systems
  • Draft and review various documents
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office Suite
  • Security Requirement: Must be bondable
Job Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Open to relocation if required
  • Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
