As an Office Administration Specialist at EXCELLENCY SERVICES INC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and various events.
- Manage and oversee budget planning and expenditures.
- Supervise and guide other staff members.
- Develop and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Oversee job classification and evaluation processes.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
- Analyze employee data and provide insights.
- Develop communication strategies to enhance internal and external relations.
- Facilitate staff consultations and grievance handling procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
- Assign, manage, and review various projects and programs.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Fast-paced work setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and managing a large workload.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player with a client-focused approach.
- Reliable and accurate in task execution.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
