Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration Specialist to join our team at 2797315 Ontario inc. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Assess and enhance new administrative protocols.
- Execute administrative tasks to support the organization.
- Organize and strategize office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Assist in formulating the operational budget while managing inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
The position operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and resilience.
