Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Fast Casual Dining Manager** to oversee our operations at Pita Pit. This role is essential in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week
Education: Candidates must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Environment- Willingness to relocate is required.
- Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
- Assess daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily activities within the restaurant.
- Recruit and train new staff members.
- Establish staff work schedules.
- Supervise and guide staff in their roles.
- Implement operational procedures and determine service offerings.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Manage inventory and product costs.
- Negotiate catering services and facility usage with clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and manage events.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Certifications- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Proficient in using electronic cash registers.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Experience with point of sale systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral communication abilities.
- Flexible and organized.
- Team player with the ability to multitask.

Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
