Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor

As a Fast Casual Dining Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.

- Education Level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Willingness to relocate is essential.

- Assess and enhance daily operations.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
- Organize and plan daily activities.
- Recruit and train new staff members.
- Establish staff schedules and oversee their work.
- Implement operational procedures and service offerings.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory and cost of products/services.
- Negotiate catering services and facility usage.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate events and special functions.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Qualifications- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Proficient with electronic cash registers.
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and spreadsheets.
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Repetitive tasks and physically demanding duties.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Flexible and organized.
- Reliable team player with multitasking capabilities.
