Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Casual Dining Manager to oversee our daily operations at Pita Pit. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Employment Details- Employment Type: Permanent

- Work Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Willingness to relocate is required
- Relocation costs are not covered by the employer
- Assess and enhance daily operations
- Oversee and evaluate staff performance
- Plan and coordinate daily activities
- Recruit and train new staff members
- Establish work schedules for team members
- Supervise and guide staff
- Implement operational procedures and service offerings
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Manage inventory and product costs
- Negotiate catering services and facility usage
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Organize and manage events
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Required Certifications- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Proficient with electronic cash registers
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Experience with point of sale systems
- Ability to manage spreadsheets
- Fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Repetitive tasks may be required
