Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Fast Casual Dining Manager to oversee our daily operations at Pita Pit. This is a permanent role that requires a commitment to excellence in customer service and team management.
Work Environment- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
- Planning and organizing daily tasks
- Recruiting and training new team members
- Creating staff schedules
- Supervising and mentoring team members
- Implementing operational procedures and service offerings
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Managing inventory and cost analysis
- Negotiating catering services
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinating events and special services
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
QualificationsApplicants should possess:
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
Proficiency in the following technologies is required:
- Electronic cash register
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- Point of sale systems
- Spreadsheet applications
This role involves:
