We are in search of Bilingual Customer Support Representatives who are eager to provide outstanding service to our clientele across Canada. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to their personal loans. The ideal candidate will possess a background in customer service and thrive in a collaborative professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction results in a superior experience for our clients.
  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls to offer pre-approved personal loans tailored to customer needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Assess customer needs and efficiently resolve their inquiries.
  • Take ownership of issues, ensuring resolution from start to finish.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of our services.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Availability for full-time work.
