About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our Partner Support department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued merchant partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Timely and Accurate Support: Deliver top-notch service to merchant partners, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Resolve Partner Issues: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Services: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and stay current on any changes or updates.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
  • Availability: Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON.
