We are in search of Bilingual Customer Support Representatives who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clientele across Canada. This role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries related to their personal loans. The ideal candidate will possess a background in customer service and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction results in a superior experience for our clients.
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan offers tailored to their needs.
- Address customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email.
- Assess customer needs and effectively resolve their inquiries.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved from start to finish.
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of our services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Availability for full-time work.
