Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at LendCare, a subsidiary of goeasy Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strive to achieve first call resolution for best customer experience.
- Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Complete account modifications and process requests related to payments, credits, and other customer inquiries.
- Provide feedback to other departments to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Stay up-to-date on products and services to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Empathetic and compassionate with a strong sense of integrity.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to learn new software programs.
- Ability to work full-time in our office.
Operational Hours
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
