About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Bilingual Partner Support Representative to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our business, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued merchant partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Communicate with partners through various channels, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual in English and French.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Technical Skills: Computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
  • Availability: Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office.
