We are seeking Bilingual Customer Support Specialists who are committed to providing outstanding service to our clientele across Canada. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to their personal loans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications to offer pre-approved personal loan options tailored to customer needs.
- Address customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Assess customer requirements and effectively resolve their concerns.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved from start to finish.
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of our services and products.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Experience in financial services is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Availability for full-time work.
