About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Supervise and direct front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
- Communicate effectively with day shift staff, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with financial and credit procedures, reviewing paid-outs, rebates, and petty cash disbursements.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests, providing personalized service and support.
- Previous significant experience in a front office position or related role.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Opera PMS experience preferred.
- Fluent English (written, spoken, reading).
- Strong crisis management skills.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Strong commitment to service.
- Category 5 driving license (unrestricted Category 4 is an advantage).
- Ability to work overnights.
- Ability to work in Canada.
