About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent service and high standards
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk statistics
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role in a hotel or resort environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English (written, spoken, reading)

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to be flexible in working overnight, weekends, and holidays.
