Technical Support Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DHE BOSS INC.. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role

Core Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computers
  • Refer to user manuals and technical documentation for troubleshooting
  • Provide guidance and training to users
  • Maintain a log of issues and resolutions
  • Set up hardware for employee use
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and resolve incidents effectively
Team Management

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in device drivers
  • Knowledgeable in networking software and hardware
  • Understanding of networking security protocols
  • Experience with wireless networking
