We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Delight Immigration Services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
- Problem-Solving: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, and collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. Permanent employment with 37 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
