About the Role

Aureus Infotech Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-Solving: Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log to aid other technical support analysts in resolving user issues.
  • Application Redesign: Participate in the redesign of applications and software to enhance user experience and improve technical support processes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of technical support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • User Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, responding to identified difficulties and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing user concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: A college or CEGEP diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Work Conditions
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
