About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tejas Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain computer networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • User Support: Provide user support and training to clients and internal teams on computer systems and software.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
