About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pizza Depot. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals and other resources to find solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our systems and software, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our products effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including problems and solutions, to help improve our technical support processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to provide feedback on our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
