Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Seed NanoTech International Inc. in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in computer systems and network administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and networks.
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and Internet infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical problems, including creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless operation of computer systems and networks.
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and Internet infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with programming software and scientific programming.
  • Knowledge of software development and translation specialization.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
