Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tejas Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain technical knowledge and procedures
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
