Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 2GOTECH. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and software, as well as providing training and guidance to users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Android, device drivers, intranet, internet, servers, desktop applications, security software, word processing software, mail server software, Mac OS, MS Office, MS Windows, SharePoint, spreadsheet, TCP/IP, and wireless networks
Work Environment

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
