- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and employees.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including human and financial resources, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Communication and Representation
- Represent the organization in official functions, negotiations, and other external activities.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, stakeholders, and the public.
- Financial and Administrative Management
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance with regulations.
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to promote the organization's services and products.
Requirements
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- English language proficiency.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position that requires working at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.
