Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in the trade and broadcasting sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of our department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and employees.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including human and financial resources, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in official functions, negotiations, and other external activities.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance with regulations.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to promote the organization's services and products.

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • English language proficiency.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.
