About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our business operations at Shivi Foods Inc. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the overall performance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage senior staff to achieve organizational objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including finance, human resources, and logistics
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Make informed decisions to optimize financial resources and drive business growth
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
    • Ensure that the organization's values and mission are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role
