Service Desk Technician

At Tolko Industries, we're seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests and incidents for our business and manufacturing facilities
  • Provide Tier 1 support for Tolko standard applications and End User Computing standards
  • Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user requests and escalate incidents when necessary
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent work experience in a customer service-focused IT role
  • Experience with service desk ticketing systems and desktop and server operating systems
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and Microsoft Office applications
