Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, balancing cash, and completing reports.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about hotel facilities and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
