Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, and maintain accurate records.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash and complete reports.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 44 hours per week.
