Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash and complete reports.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 44 hours per week.
