Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Coordination
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Operations Management
- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Data Entry
- Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
As an Administrative Assistant at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Requirements- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
