About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Fredericton office, you will provide administrative support to our Client Solutions Managers and contribute to maintaining a professional image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service, including answering incoming calls and directing visitors to the correct associate.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as order and distribute office supplies.
  • Perform administrative tasks and operational support activities for Senior Leaders and Colleagues.
  • Act as a liaison with other divisions on basic administrative and operational matters.
  • Provide backup support for the Admin COE and process endorsements, changes, new business, and renewals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and diplomacy.
  • A hard-working, professional, and flexible demeanor with a common sense approach.
  • Reliability, diligence, and professionalism, with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach.
  • Ability to multi-task between various tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Secondary education an asset, with computer proficiency in MS Office suites and the ability to learn new systems and tools.
  • Administrative experience in a corporate setting preferred, with bilingualism required.
