Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, your primary duty will be to deliver outstanding service to incoming clients. You will significantly contribute to elevating the customer experience by:

  • Efficiently managing phone calls to meet performance targets while adhering to quality standards.
  • Understanding and following client policies and procedures to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintaining a reliable work schedule to support team objectives.
  • Engaging with callers and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner to foster a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about delivering superior customer service and capable of resolving inquiries effectively.

Educational Background
Candidates should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, subject to standardized testing.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Basic computer proficiency and an understanding of call management principles.

Additional Requirements
Applicants must:

  • Pass Federal Reliability Security Clearance.
  • Be available to work flexible hours.
