Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office equipment.
  • An understanding of call management principles and customer service judgment.

Compensation
